Tianwai Village is located at the entrance of Xixi Valley. Situated on the west side of Dazhong Bridge, it marks the starting point of the western route for climbing the mountain. There is a huge stone at the entrance inscribed with the words "Tianwai Village".
This place is not only the junction of the mountain area and the city, but also the intersection of the ring - mountain road and the Xixi sightseeing road, as well as a gathering place for tourists.
