Day 1 in Tai'an

Upon arrival in Tai'an, gather at Tianwai Village of Mount Tai on your own at 9:30 am.

【B】Join the tour in Jinan | If you are in Jinan, please gather at the east gate of Baotu Spring on your own at 8:00 am. We will take you from Jinan to Mount Tai to start the journey.

Mount Tai Scenic Area (5A - level)

We start our climbing journey of Mount Tai from Tianwai Village. Under the guidance of the tour guide, we take a transfer vehicle at Tianwai Village to Zhongtianmen.

Zhongtianmen

The section from Zhongtianmen to Nantianmen, including the Eighteen Bends, the Wudafu Pine, the Shengxian Square, and the Yunbu Bridge, is the essence of the Mount Tai climbing route. You can choose to climb on foot or take a cable car. 【The one - way cable car ticket costs 100 yuan and can be purchased additionally.】

Tianying

After the meal, the journey continues. The core scenic area from Nantianmen to Yuhuangding includes Bixia Temple, the Sun - Viewing Peak, the Stele Without Inscriptions, and Yuhuangding. Our tour guide will lead you to listen to stories and enjoy the magnificent view of "seeing all the other mountains in a single glance".

Tianwai Village Square

After visiting Yuhuangding, return to the Tianwai Village Tourist Distribution Center via Zhongtianmen. You can either walk or take a cable car to go down the mountain. (Only one - way cable car is included, and you can choose whether to take it on the way up or down.)

Tai'an - Qufu

Confucius Temple

Visit the Confucius Mansion and the Confucius Temple. Observe the architecture and listen to the history, traveling back to the Spring and Autumn Period over 2000 years ago to seek wisdom.

Confucius Mansion

The Confucius Mansion, also known as the Yansheng Gong Mansion, is located in Qufu City, Jining City, Shandong Province, China, inside Qufu City and on the east side of the Confucius Temple. It is the residence of the descendants of Confucius, the hereditary Yansheng Gong. It was first built in 1377 (the 10th year of Hongwu) and renovated in 1503 (the 16th year of Hongzhi), covering an area of 240 mu.

Transportation: Others

The carriage is a cultural heritage of Qufu. There are only 29 carriages in the whole of Qufu nowadays. We will take a carriage to the Confucius - themed teahouse to have a break! In the teahouse, large - bowl tea and snacks are prepared for you. After a rest, we will continue the visit.

Confucius Forest

It is said that during a severe drought in Shandong, the land was parched for thousands of miles. However, the trees in the Confucius Forest did not wither, and the soil was not overly dry. There are no crows flying over the entire cemetery area, no mice running on the ground, and no snakes scurrying around.

Yan Temple

The Yan Temple is a temple dedicated to Yan Hui, the favorite disciple of Confucius, known as the "Sage of Restoration". Yan Hui was renowned for his noble character and is highly respected by later generations.
